Return Policy

At the Winston Furniture Company, we value our customers and make every effort to deliver products that exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please give us the opportunity to make it right. The following policies and procedures apply:


Shipment arrives with visible damage to the packaging? If you receive a delivery with visible damage to the packaging, please refuse the shipment, document the damage with photos and contact us within 24 hours.


Shipment arrives with no visible damage to the packaging, but your furniture is damaged? In the rare event that damage occurs in transit but isn’t visible on the packaging, you received the incorrect product, or you discover a problem with your furniture, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will work with you to correct the problem.


You simply don’t like your new furniture? Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return. Return shipping costs apply and will be calculated as 20% of the original purchase price. Returned merchandise must be received in like new condition and in the original packaging to be accepted. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and evaluated before a credit is issued. So, if you have any doubt about your purchase, be sure to save your boxes, plastic and other packaging materials.


There are a few items that can’t be returned:
  • Clearance items
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
  • Items you have already assembled

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.


Need to cancel your order? Order cancellations may be made within 24 hours of placement. If an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to a return shipping and handling fee of 20% of the purchase price.


Credits will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within seven (7) days from the date the returned items are received at our Distribution Center. For returns or for questions regarding returns please contact us at 800-339-5080.
